The Steiff Prince of Wales Bear has been lovingly hand-made from the finest blond mohair – one of the most beautiful and sustainable natural fibres in the world – with complementary felt paw pads and delicate hand-stitched features. Around the bear’s neck is a luxurious satin ribbon decorated with images of the Welsh Dragon. His exclusive medallion has been plated in 22ct gold and in-laid with rich red enamel. Its design has been inspired by the Order of the Garter Star, the most senior order of knighthood in the British honours system. For the final finishing touch, the bear’s paws are intricately embroidered in red thread with William’s name and the Red Dragon of Wales.
Only a select few can own this landmark collector bear, as the edition is strictly limited to just 2,022 pieces worldwide.
