The 2009 Presidential dollars were the first to feature the US national motto “In God We Trust” on the front of the coin.
Shockwaves rattled the coin community when it discovered that a small quantity of all four 2009 strikes – William Henry Harrison, John Tyler, James K. Polk and Zachary Taylor – escaped as errors. The date, mint mark and inscription, E Pluribus Unum, were completely missing from the edges!
This set of four highly-coveted 2009 Presidential Dollar error coins has been officially certified by the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation, a major grading company. The coins are presented in brilliant uncirculated condition and protectively encased.
You will also receive a Certificate of Authenticity and custom-crafted wooden Display Chest, at no extra charge.
Display is 11½" x 7½" x 2".
