You do not need to send any money when you place an order. Just give us your credit card number, you won’t be charged (or the first instalment taken) until we are ready to send your item to you.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product, you can simply send it back within 90 days and owe us nothing.
If you’ve subscribed to a collection and don’t like an item in it, you may send it back and owe us nothing – you only need keep and pay for the items you like.
You can cancel any subscription at any time – no questions asked.
Are my credit card details safe?
When you place an order on our website all of your personal information is encrypted between the website and our secure computer servers. Your credit card details remain encrypted so that our staff can only see the last four digits of the card number. Your data is 100% secure and you can shop safely.

Your rights are better with Danbury Mint
By law, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving your goods.
Danbury Mint’s no-quibble guarantee extends this right to 90 days. Your right to cancel an order does not extend to personalised products unless the item is faulty or what we have sent you does not match what you ordered.
You have a legal duty to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. Ideally the goods should be returned in their original packaging and be in good condition, in any event you should ensure that they are packaged adequately for their return to Danbury Mint. If you are returning the goods via Royal Mail we recommend that you obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate from a post office (these are provided free of charge) and retain it in case the goods do not get back to us. Before returning any goods please call us on +44(0)344 557 5600 for instructions (the line is open Monday to Friday 9.0am to 5.0pm UK time). On receipt we will refund any money already received using the same payment method as when the goods were ordered.

If you believe your goods are faulty, please call or email so we can arrange replacements.
Items in stock will normally be despatched within one to five working days from receipt of order.
