How do I return an item? – We want you you to be 100% satisfied with your Danbury Mint purchase, which is why we offer a no-quibble 90-day return on any item that you are not happy with. Items can be returned to the Danbury Mint address below. We recommend obtaining a certificate of posting (free) if returning via the post office. Please include all paperwork with your return. If you have any questions or queries, please contact Customer Services.

How to order – When you find the products you are looking for, you will see an ‘Add to Basket’ button next to each item. Clicking on this button will take you to your shopping basket so that you can review the items you have selected. From here you can proceed to checkout, to paying for your order, or continue shopping.
Help me get around and navigate your website – Each of our web pages has buttons on it such as Home, About Us, etc and clicking on these will lead you to our main information pages. The Search area is a good place to start and remember you can check on your selected items at any time by clicking on View Basket. Our products are split into areas for your convenience, such as Figurines and Dogs – placing your cursor over these section headings can, in some cases, lead you to a more detailed choice.
How do I find out about new products? – Our What’s New section is the first place to check for new products.
I don’t want to order online – While we use the latest secure technology, you may not wish to order online. Please call our Order Line on +44 (0)344 557 1000 and one of our team will be pleased to take your order over the phone. Our order lines are open from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week and your call will be answered by a real person.
Orders from outside the UK – We welcome orders and enquiries from customers who are outside the UK. There may be VAT and shipping implications depending on where you are ordering from. Please note that some products cannot be shipped outside the UK due to licensing restrictions or prohibitive costs of export packaging.
Payment & Billing
Am I eligible for instalment option? – Instalments are offered on most products. You can find out if you’re able to pay in instalments by checking under the price on the product page.
What payment types do you accept? – We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. To pay by Maestro or cheque please place your order by calling +44 (0)344 557 1000. Our order lines are open from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week and your call will be answered by a real person.
Can orders be placed securely? – When you submit an order via our shopping system, Danbury Mint uses a secure server which employs secure socket layer (SSL) technology. This means that your details are encrypted and transmitted securely for your peace of mind.
When do you charge to my account? – We only charge your card when we are ready to despatch. Even if there is a delay due to an item being temporarily unavailable, we will only charge on the point of despatch.
When will I receive my item? – Delivery of items which are in stock will usually take place within a week. Personalised products can take up to 6 weeks. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible with an update.
