- The first Kennedy half-dollar. Minted in 1964, in the aftermath of the assassination, it is the first Kennedy coin minted in 90% silver, and one of the few proof coins struck at the Philadelphia Mint
- The 1968-1970 40% silver issues, from the San Francisco Mint. The U.S. Mint removed all silver from dimes and quarters in 1965, but delayed action on the half-dollar until 1971.
- The 1976 Bicentennial Kennedy coin, featuring the unique dual date of “1776-1976” and a one-time-only back design depicting Independence Hall.
- The 2013 50th anniversary coin that commemorates the day – November 22, 1963 – America lost its 35th President to an assassin’s bullet.
