You do not need to send any money when you place an order. Just give us your credit card number, you won't be charged for your first instalment until your item has been sent to you.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product, you can simply send it back within 45 days (90 days for jewellery) and owe us nothing.

If you've subscribed to a collection, and don't like an item in it, you can send it back and owe us nothing - you only need keep the items you like.

You can cancel any subscription at any time - no questions asked.
