the products you are looking for, you will see a 'Add to Basket'
button next to each item. Clicking on this button will take
you to your shopping basket so that you can review the items
you have selected. From here you can proceed to paying for your
order or continue shopping. |

your website - Each of our web pages has buttons on it
such as Home, About Us, etc and clicking on these will lead
you to our main information pages. The Search area is a good
place to start and remember you can check on your selected items
at any time by clicking on View Basket. Our products are split
into areas for your convenience, such as Figurines and Dogs
- placing your cursor over these section headings can, in some
cases, lead you to a more detailed choice. |

| I don’t want to order online - While we use the latest secure technology, you may not wish
to order online for security reasons. Please call our Order

UK? - We welcome orders and enquiries from customers
who are outside the UK. There may be VAT and shipping implications
depending on where you are ordering from. |

| 30 day money back guarantee - We appreciate that there are times when an item is ordered
and does not fully meet your expectations or is an unwanted
gift. In these circumstances, if the item is returned to us
in original condition within 30 days we will either refund the
item or issue a credit if further purchases are required. |

or damaged goods? - In the event of you receiving faulty
or damaged goods, you should inform us immediately so that we
can arrange an exchange or refund as required (with no extra

| Am I eligible for instalment option? - The instalment option is only applicable to certain products,
usually the ones that are more expensive. To check if your chosen
product(s) has this option, please look at the relevant product

| What payment types do you accept? - We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.
We are unable to accept Switch, Solo on the website. If you wish to pay by this method, please place your order by calling 0844 557 1000. We are open 24hrs a day and use real people not machines to answer your call. |
